Exam Bootcamp wants to make sure you have access to as much support as you can in the run up to your exams so that by the time they're here you're ready, filled up with knowledge and feeling full of confidence!

 

So what help is out there?

 

Streamline your studying:

Study Skills @ Strathclyde will be running a number of sessions in April to help you get ready for your exams so if you want one-to-one guidance on exam techniques and how to improve your studying strategy get in touch with them, soak up their advice and put it into action.

 

Hypno-preparation:

If you think brain could do with a reboot why not give the hypnotherapy downloads Student Counselling have created a try?  They have a selection of free tracks you can use incluing 'Exam Preparations' and 'Stop Worrying'.  Just make sure you listen to the introductory track before you start using them and then if you think they're for you follow the easy download instructions or just listen online.

 

Be Prepared:

Check out the Exam Survival Guide below from The Advice Centre, full of good advice on how to make your exams as stress free as possible including top tips like checking you know how to get to your exam room, remembering to take your student card and what to do if you have an exam clash.

 

Hydrated & Happy

The entire Bootcamp team from all the support services on campus will be at the library on the 28th & 30th April and 2nd, 6th & 8th of May to give out water, fruit, information, support and freebies to keep you smiling throughout your exams!!
