How would you rate us?


While we do try to catch up with people we've seen for long term cases to find out the result they've received we can’t always get hold of everyone.  If you’ve just popped in for a quick enquiry we don’t even always know you’re name or have contact details for you when you leave so we will be launching a feedback survey so that you can let us know how we’re doing and so you can let us know if there is anything we can do to make The Advice Hub even better!

The Advice Hub feedback survey will be available soon – we’ve had a few teething problems! 


Donations and Gifts:

The Advice Hub is a free service and no donations are required.   Sometimes students feel that would like to give a member of staff a gift for the situation they have helped them with.  If a member of staff does receive a gift they will declare them to their manager.  In accordance with USSA policy, should the manager decide that the gift is inappropriate, Advice Hub staff may be required to return the gift to the donor with a note explaining USSA policy or the gift will be donated to the USSA Staff Christmas raffle.  If the manager decides that the gift value is minimal and is a genuine token of gratitude for a service carried out to a very high standard the member of staff will be allowed to retain the gift. 

Making a complaint:

If you think the service we’ve provided you with isn’t up to scratch you can make a complaint regarding any aspect of the service. Complaints about staff should be made to the President for discussion with the Chief Executive.
