How to find us

The University of Strathclyde is based on two campuses and the Students' Association endeavours to ensure that services for students are available both on the John Anderson and the Jordanhill campuses.

 

John Anderson Campus

The Ask office is based in The Lounge on Level 5 of the students' union and is open from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

 

Jordanhill Campus

The Ask office is located behind Toby's and is usually open 2 days per week during term time, or students can be seen by appointment outwith these times. Please call 0141 567 5040 for details.  

 

Who we are

The advice centre is run by three members of staff, a student sabbatical and a team of volunteers who help with campaigns and administration.

 

Vice-President Support & Campaigns

Ursula Tereba

The Vice-President Support & Campaigns is a sabbatical post, elected each February in the Student elections.
Contact Ursula on vpsc@theunion.strath.ac.uk  or by telephoning 0141-567-5041, or alternatively visit her on Level 7 of the Students' Association if you wish to speak with her. Ursula is available at the Jordanhill Office one day a week.

 

Ask Student Advisers

Alison Urquhart & Nicola Summers

The offices on both campuses are staffed by student advisers who are fully trained to advise students on any problems they may be having or have issues they are concerned about.
Alison has been with the Students' Association for 15 years and works part time Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm throughout the year.
Nicola joined the Students' Association in July 2005 and works full time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm throughout the year.
