TRAVEL TO GLASGOW
AIR
Glasgow International Airport is a 15-20 minute drive by direct motorway link from the city centre, a Conference minibus shuttle service is available from this airport.
Glasgow Prestwick International Airport is a 45 minute drive from the city centre, no Conference minibus shuttle service is available from this airport. Delegates should arrange travel to Glasgow Central or Queen Street station where support staff will direct them to the Conference minibus shuttle service.
RAIL
Glasgow is a key link in the national rail network and is easily accessible from all parts of the country.
Glasgow city centre stations:
Glasgow Central is approx 10 - 15 mins walk from the Association Building
Glasgow Queen Street is less than 5 mins walk from the Assocaition Building
BUS
Buchanan Street Bus Station is less than 5 minutes from the Association building and has a wide range of express coach services to and from all major cities.
Conference Minibus Shuttle Service
Conference support staff will be happy to meet Delegates arriving at Glasgow International Airport, Glasgow Central/Queen Street Station or Buchanan Bus Station and will drive them directly to accommodation or registration in one of the shuttle minibuses. This transportation will be pre-bookable and free of charge.
Delegates arriving at Glasgow Prestwick International Airport should arrange rail transport to either Glasgow Central or Queen Street Station.
A return shuttle service will be provided for delegates safety and convenience.
