FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

 

 

Breakfast

Breakfast for Halls Delegates will be served daily between 07.30 and 09.00 in the Lord Todd Centre which lies in the heart of the Campus Village.

 

Breakfast for Hotel Delegates will be served daily between 06.30 until 09.00 in the hotel restaurant.

 

Lunch

Breaks and lunches will be served in The Scene on Level 4 of the Association building. The popular Scene serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes as well as offering a delicatessen style food bar with ciabattas and paninis during term time. Conference menus will be on display at the event.

 

The Association is committed to providing environmentally friendly food packaging and cutlery. All dietary requirements will be catered for, to ensure needs are met please state any dietary requirements on the Conference Registration Form.

 

Refreshment Breaks

Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks will be provided in allocated areas to allow interaction between delegates.

 

Dinner

Dinners will be served in both the Association building and external venues.

 

Snacks

Snacks will be served on a cash basis throughout the day until closing time.

 

All meals will include provision for dietary requirements as requested on the Conference Registration Form.
