I recieved a letter today regarding a fine i am supposed to be paying for underage drinking on the premises. I fully plan on appealing it and was just wondering if anyone else has went through this. The main basis for my appeal is basically that i wasnt drinking on the premises. I was checked at the door and was very drunk and they asked to see my student card, saw i was underage and assumed i was drinking in the union when i wasnt. Even on my charge sheet it says "Caught underage drinking in the premises", when i was never even drinking in there.
the same happened to me, but i was allowed in then was standing in the hall on my phone and they asked for id. i am going to appeal aswell
